At QDF | Bestie Tribe, we are committed to supporting survivors of domestic violence and helping women and girls find resources, encouragement, connection, and hope. Below are the answers to some of our FAQs.

  • QDF | Bestie Tribe provides support, resources, advocacy, and connections to community-based services for survivors of domestic violence and their families. Depending on individual needs and available resources, we may help connect survivors with emergency assistance, safe housing resources, support groups, and other community services that can help them move towards safety, stability, and healing.

  • If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

    For confidential support, reach out to the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or text START to 88788.

    QDF | Bestie Tribe is not an emergency response service. We can help connect individuals with appropriate resources and organizations based on available services.

  • There are several ways you can support our mission. You can make a donation, purchase Growing Through It, Bestie Journal or purchase a Hello Bestie bracelet, volunteer, partner with us, sponsor and initiative, or help spread awareness about our work.

    Every act of support helps us continue our mission of encouraging, empowering, and connecting survivors and their families with needed resources.

  • Yes. QDF | Bestie Tribe welcomes individuals who share our commitment to supporting survivors, strengthening families, empowering girls and women, and making a positive difference in our community.

    To help protect the safety, privacy, and confidentiality of the individuals and families we serve, all QDF | Bestie Tribe volunteers are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and successfully complete a background check before beginning any volunteer service. These requirements are mandatory for all volunteers.

    Volunteer opportunities may vary throughout the year. Please contact QDF | Bestie Tribe or complete our volunteer inquiry form to learn more about current opportunities and the volunteer application process.

  • Donations help QDF | Bestie Tribe further our charitable mission and support out programs, outreach efforts, survivor resources, community initiatives, and other mission related needs.

    Your generosity helps us continue showing up for survivors and families who need support.

  • Donations to QDF | Bestie Tribe may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please retain your donation receipt for you records and consult a qualified tax professional regarding your individual tax situation.

    Please note that charitable donations and purchases of QDF | Bestie Tribe merchandise are treated differently for tax purposes.

  • Charitable donations made to QDF | Bestie Tribe are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is received, funds may be put to work supporting our charitable mission, programs, outreach resources, and services.

    If you believe a donation was made in error or there was an unauthorized transaction, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

    Purchasing and wearing or sharing our products is also meaningful way to help spread awareness, encouragement, and the message behind QDF | Bestie Tribe.

  • Unless otherwise stated, merchandise sales are FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the order to processing before your item ships. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number so you can track your package.
